Shipping Destinations
We offer worldwide shipping via our trusted partner, DHL Express, directly from our fulfillment center in Dubai.
We currently ship to:
- UAE
- MENA region (including KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Egypt, Lebanon and Jordan)
- International destinations including Europe, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, North America, and beyond
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
To make international delivery more accessible, we apply a flat rate for each region and cover part of the shipping cost on your behalf. This helps us ensure a fair and transparent shipping fee, no matter where you're ordering from.
You will be able to review the final shipping cost before completing your order.
Remote Areas
Certain locations may be classified as remote by DHL. These include:
- Regions with limited logistics access
- Areas outside major urban centers
- Locations with limited carrier service
If your shipping address falls into a remote area, additional fees may apply. You will be notified before your order is dispatched.
Import Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or additional fees may apply upon delivery.
These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs delays may occur depending on your country’s regulations, and these are beyond our control.
Order Processing & Shipping Times
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery times by region:
- UAE: 1–2 business days
- MENA: 3–4 business days (excluding customs)
- Global: 5–7 business days (excluding customs)
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment in real time.
Important Notes
- Please double-check your address at checkout. Orders cannot be modified once dispatched.
- If incorrect address details lead to failed delivery, re-delivery fees will apply.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders shipping to countries restricted by UAE export law and are subject to embargoes.
